You can zoom out and scroll to left. Then look at the lake water color. Why the color in brown?? by pollution?
Based on K Howell feedback, the brown color is caused by salt and iron, not by pollution.

ReplyDeletemost lakes in WA are somewhat contaminated by salt and iron, giving a white to redish brown tinge to the lake, in the case of this lake as shown on the picture above. there is actually no water in it. what is shown is the "bottom" of the lake.
